Angela Hua

Angela Hua is the Research Coordinator at the Human Behavioral Lab. She graduated from San Francisco State University in 2022 with a master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology. Her graduate thesis analyzed resilience-oriented personality characteristics that may predispose a worker into selecting healthy or unhealthy work environments. Her current research interests fall within the leader-follower dynamic which analyzes the relationships between stress, personality, employee well-being, and performance. Angela now conducts research within the organizational behavior and marketing spheres on behalf of faculty and doctoral students at the Stanford GSB Behavioral Lab.
